1. Booking & Payments

• By booking a tour with JapanTravelTour.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  When you book online, your card is authorized via PayPal, which means the amount is reserved but not immediately charged.

  Payment will be made on the day of the tour, either:

  • In cash directly to your guide, or

  • By card using Square (secure in-person payment)

  If you cancel or fail to show up, we reserve the right to capture the authorized PayPal amount as a cancellation fee in line with our policy.

  Payment Methods for Reservation:

  • PayPal or PayPal-linked credit/debit card (authorization only)

  Payment Methods on the Day of the Tour:

  • Cash

  • Credit/debit card via Square (tap or swipe)

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

3. Tour Timing & Responsibility

Customers must arrive on time at the designated pickup location. We reserve the right to adjust tour routes due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Failure to arrive on the time may result shortened or canceled tour without refund.

4. Personal Data & Privacy
We protect customer information and use it solely for booking purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. you may request deletion of your data at any time.
